This masterpiece of a 9-hole course is located 50 kilometres from Linz at an altitude of 800 metres just outside the village of Pfarrkirchen. The fairways were modelled on those in Scotland and nestle into the beautiful landscape of the hilly Mühlviertel. Well-defended greens and many water hazards make for an exciting and challenging game. On clear days, golfers on the course or from the terrace of the clubhouse can enjoy an impressive distant view over the Alpine foothills, the Schneeberg to the North Tyrolean Limestone Alps and far into the Bavarian Alpine foothills - perhaps Austria's most panoramic golf course.
