Out-of-court dispute resolution
Information according to § 19 Abs 3 AStG (Alternative-Streitbeilegung-Gesetz)
According to § 19 Abs 3 AStG, if we cannot reach an agreement with the consumer in a dispute, we have to inform the consumer on paper or another durable medium (e.g. e-mail) about the competent body for alternative dispute resolution, hereinafter referred to as AS-body for short.
The AS-bodies intended for us are:
- Internet Ombudsmann (https://www.ombudsstelle.at/)
- Arbitration for consumer transactions (https://www.verbraucherschlichtung.at/)
We will not participate in any dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the AStG and are not obliged to do so.

Consumers have the option of submitting complaints to the EU's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
